When is my booking firm and confirmed?

It is a firm booking when the payment of the deposit of 20% of the total reservation has been made, and confirmed when the payment of 100% of the total amount of the stay has been correctly made.

How many people can sleep in the rooms? Do you pay per room or per person?

Prices are set per room and are calculated depending on the number of people staying (adults and children over 3 years old). The number of people staying in the room must not exceed the indicated capacity in the accommodation (see rate) with the exception of children under 3 years of age or in cases where an extra bed is requested.

Do I need to make a deposit?

The hotel can charge 100% of the deposit at any time after making the reservation, this is usually done only for non-refundable reservations.

Can children stay free of charge?

Children under 3 years old can stay for free. We have cots and high chairs. However, please let us know at the time of booking.

Do I have to pay a supplement for paying by credit card?

No. It is a form of payment as valid as a bank transfer. However, to stay at the hotel, you must always provide a valid credit card to formalize the deposit and guarantee of the reservation.

How can I cancel my reservation?

Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card

• Reservations may be cancelled in writing by fax or e-mail prior to the reservation date.

• In case of cancelling the reservation after 12:00 PM prior to 24 hours of the arrival date, we will charge the amount of the first night on your credit card. In the event of a "no-show", we will charge the amount of the first night to your credit card and cancel the reservation.

SPECIAL RATES: FALLAS (Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the day of arrival).

Non-refundable offer: It is not possible to cancel without penalty. For the reservation to be confirmed, it is necessary to charge 100% of the entire reserved stay in advance. You will receive a charge on your card for that amount. Only then will your confirmation be valid. In no case will the payment be returned.

Early check-in must be notified at Reception, at least one (1) day in advance.

In the event of cancellation outside this period or of no-show at the hotel on the reserved date, the User authorizes Sea You Hotel to charge the credit card, whose data has been indicated as a reservation guarantee, the amount plus taxes of the first night of stay according to the price agreed in the reservation, as cancellation fees and as compensation for damages • In the same way, Sea You Hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card provided as a reservation guarantee, the services and items consumed during the client's stay at the hotel that have not been paid for upon the client's departure.

Are there extra charges?

No. All the prices of the rates include the corresponding VAT. The price indicated at the time of making the reservation is the final price, you will only have extra expenses if you request any of the additional services that we offer such as: room service, pensions in the restaurant, supplement for extra person.

What time can I enter the hotel?

The official time of check-in into the hotel is 4:00 p.m. However, if you arrive earlier and the room is ready and available, we will have no problem handing you the keys. Always subject to availability.

Is there an extra fee if I arrive at night or at midnight?

We do not charge a supplement for arriving during the night / midnight, in case you know that you will be arriving late, you can notify the hotel to take it into account and wait for your arrival.

What time should I leave the room?

The time of check-out from the rooms is until 12:00 noon. There is the possibility of checking out later, but it is subject to availability, after consulting reception and paying the corresponding rate [Late check-out rate until 5:00 p.m. has a cost of € 20 subject to availability and on request].

How is the check-out done?

Informing it duly at reception and handing over the keys. You must go to reception to hand over the room keys and settle if there are any pending charges for the room.

Can I leave suitcases?

Sea You hotel wants to offer you the best of your stays, so we have a left-luggage office where you can leave your luggage free of charge on arrival or departure until you pick it up so that you do not have to carry it.

How should I leave the room?

We ask all our guests to leave the room in a similar condition as to how they found it. The utensils in the room have a surcharge in case of theft.

Does the hotel have parking?

We have an arranged parking service. It is underground and has access from Jj Domine. Ask at reception and they will indicate the corresponding discount for staying at the hotel. The price of our agreement with the parking is € 17.

Is there a supplement to have a cot in the room?

This service is totally free for our guests. However, it is available upon reservation and request.

Is there cleaning service during the stay?

There is a daily cleaning of the room and a change of linen every 3 days.

Change of bed linen and towels

The rooms are fully equipped with sets of two towels per person. The beds are prepared with sheets, blankets and bedspreads. If you need it, our team of chambermaids will provide you with a clean set of towels and sheets. The change of linen is every 3 days.

Is it possible to have an extra bed in the room?

We have extra beds available and have an extra price of € 15 per day.

Does the hotel have a hair dryer?

All rooms have hair dryers.

Does the hotel have a Sauna?

Yes, it is located on the 8th floor, next to the gym
Hours: 09:00 am - 9:00 pm. Ask for the key at the reception.
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

If you wish to use it, you must notify reception 40 minutes before, since it is switched off due to energy savings. Once you have finished using it, (recommended not to exceed 20 m.), notify reception to turn it off.

How to use the telephone?

To call another room, dial the room number with a 0 in the middle (room 201, dial 2001). To contact Reception, dial 8001.

How can I order the transportation service?

At Reception, they can provide you with information about public transport or hire any private transport.

How can I buy tickets?

At reception, we can help you book tickets to the different points of interest in the city, theaters, museums, City of Sciences, Bioparc, Oceanografic... Contact us.

How can I get around by bus?

If you want to move around the city by public bus, you will find different lines that connect with all parts of the city around the hotel .

How do I use the Valencia metro and where is the closest stop?

On Serrería street, about 10 minutes away, you will find the Marítim-Serrería stop, with connection to all the lines offered by the city.

What museums to visit?

You can find information brochures for various entertainment venues and museums. We recommend a visit to the l'IBER museum, where you can find the largest exhibition of lead figurines in the world and take the opportunity to visit the historic center of the city.

How to connect to wifi?

To be able to connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi:

Can I use the library?

We have a free book loan service. They are located in the restaurant on the first floor. Please return the book to the shelf when you have finished reading it to make it available to the next customer.

Do I need to bring something?

You will find the rooms fully equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. However, beach towels, or any type of food or drink are not included. You will find a pack of amenities for personal hygiene and 2 complimentary bottles of water in the minibar.

Are towels and bed linen included in the price?

The rooms are equipped with bed linen and bath towels.

Is there WIFI in the rooms?

Yes. In addition, there is also Wi-Fi connection in the rooms at reception, Sky bar, restaurant and the rest of the hotel facilities.

How can I activate the hydromassage?

To use the hydromassage, fill the bathtub until it is full, at least above the air vents for its correct operation. Once full, press the left button and adjust the air pressure with the right button.

If you have questions, ask at reception (8001).

How can I use the safe?

1-Open the safe door by dialing 0 and «OPEN»
2- Close the door and dial a 4-digit personal code + CLOSE
This code will be active during your stay and you could open and close the box as many times as you want.
3- On the day of departure you must leave the safe open. The hotel is not responsible for any valuables that are not in its custody

How do you use the blind and the window?

To raise the blinds, you must have the card placed in the light box and press the switch next to the window with the arrows pointing upwards. To lower it, repeat the operation with the down arrow. When you reach the desired height, press the switch you pressed again, and the blind will stop.
To open the window, lift the two handles slightly upward and push out. For legal and safety reasons, the window does not open all the way.

What does the minibar include?

It has 2 bottles of water courtesy of the hotel.

Restaurant hours

Breakfasts:
Breakfast hours are from Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 10:30, Saturdays and Sundays from 08:00 to 11:00.

Coffee shop:
The cafeteria hours open 24 hours for customers.

Skybar:
The sky bar opens in winter from 8:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m. Summer hours are from 12: 00h to 24: 00h.

Room service: Available for € 6.00 extra, you can request it at reception.

Is smoking allowed in the hotel?

No, smoking is prohibited in all rooms. For this we have the magnificent roof terrace from which you can also enjoy our magnificent views.

What happens if something is lost or broken?

We kindly ask you to notify Reception as soon as possible to replace and / or repair it and assess its cost. You will find in the Directory of each room the complete inventory of the objects with which it is equipped. If after your departure any lack or damage not indicated is observed, your charge will be deducted from the deposit made.

Pets are allowed?

No. Pets are not allowed at this property. However, we have holiday apartments located in Port Saplaya in which the accommodation of all types of pets is allowed. www.portsaplaya.com

Where are the fire exits?

Behind the entrance door of the room you will find a map of the location of the hotel indicating its location with a green dot and with arrows the direction to follow until you find the nearest emergency exit.

What guidelines or standards should I follow?

In accordance with current regulations, the Hotel reserves the Right of Admission associated with the following rules of stay:

1. You can not bring food or drink into the hotel to be consumed inside. The consumption of food or drink is not allowed on the terraces if they have not been purchased at the hotel itself.
2. Smoking is prohibited throughout the establishment except on the outdoor terraces.
3. In case of loss, theft or unjustified deterioration of any element of the material and utensils available in the rooms, the establishment reserves the right to demand the corresponding payment or replacement.
4. The clothing will be appropriate in the common areas of the establishment
GENERAL REGULATIONS
